Not impressed with center, they spent too much time on shooting photos on your kids and you never know what happens behind the photo. My son went for 3 months and crying everyday for 3 months and they left him standing in the corner everyday crying until he stops. Staffs come and go, yes I won’t deny there maybe good aunties but they are definitely understaffed and some worked not because they like kids but they needed a job. This is a profit-for-profit agency, beware.

Amazing care and attention given to my child. It is also the only daycare that I have seen or heard that gives consistent Mandarin education. Very grateful to have this option, and being central is definitely a great bonus.

Our daughter has been at Bilingual By Five (BB5) since she was 6 months old and it was easy to see how excited she was when we arrived every week. And for us, as parents we noticed a huge difference after daycare. Our daughter was more awake, trying different things at home and generally happy.We are grateful for the time that our daughter was at BB5 in Bao Bao room with all the carers (known as Aunties). Very special thanks go to Mai who our daughter bonded a lot with. Five stars!

Can't praise BB5 enough. The schedule they have in the rooms are structured and the educators seems invested in each of the child as well. My child attends BB5 just twice a week and has been there for about 3 months. Now he can recite 1 to 10 in chinese PLUS sing the chinese version of 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars'!Good job!

My son loves going to BB5 (Guai Guai room now). The educators have shown exceptional patience and care towards him. From the management to the services, environment, and food supply, everything at BB5 is reassuring! Educator Charmaine and her colleagues are genuinely love children. Thank you for providing my son with a safe and happy childhood, enabling him to grow up happily.

Our daughter started going to BB5 when she was 21months and she transitioned from Le Le class to Guai Guai class last year. We love seeing her grow and learn at BB5. She made lots of new friends and always love playing with them. She also learned some phrases in mandarin and use them at home.The educators including Auntie Charmaine, Phoebe, Jenny, Krystal, Maggie, Youning, Venus and Uncle Jason are truly amazing. They show so much care and dedication to the children, and it's evident that they love what they do. Catia, the principal is also hands on and always happy to have a chat.Our daughter always comes home happy and excited to tell us about her day. We see how much she’s learning and growing under the guidance of these wonderful educators (Aunties & Uncle). Charmaine, in particular, has been an incredible influence on my child's experience. She is patient, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure each child feels valued and supported.The facilities here are top-notch, and we appreciate the attention to detail that goes into making sure the children are safe and comfortable. It's clear that the educators here are passionate about what they do and take their responsibilities very seriously.Overall, we would highly recommend this childcare center to any parent who wants the best for their child.

I can't recommend this Childcare more highly. from the moment I visited I fell in love with this place. it is organized, and clean and treat the children with love and respect. all the Aunties, Directors, and co-director..... are involved in the well-being of the babies. whenever I come to pick up my little one she is either in the arms of one of the Aunties or happy playing.Every week the babies have different activities that help their development, also the teachers follow up on the babies' achievements.

We have enrolled our kids at Bilingual By Five since the centre was established and they are like family to us. All the educators are very caring and attentive towards the kids and we love the idea of educating them to be bilingual in two languages. Big thanks to Auntie Grace and her team in Guai Guai room for taking such great care of my child in Guai Guai for the past year. I would highly recommend this early learning centre to families who are hoping to expose their young kids to Mandarin.

Great communication and they have been so accommodating with his allergies as well. Everyone including the front office staff always has a smile on their face which is always so lovely to see 😊

My son is in BaoBao room of BB5 and he loves it. The educators are loving and caring. They go the extra mile to support all aspects of his development. Also the meals are delicious and nourishing. Cannot be happier with BB5! A big thank you to all the aunties of BaoBao room, aunty Amelia in kitchen and also all the supportive and welcoming Directors and Admin staff!

My son has been at BB5 for one year and 3 month. He enjoys the time spending there. Aunties and uncle from Lele room takes him well. Could not recommend bilingual by five enough, they provide a unique environment where my son gets exposed to spoken mandarin all day while he is there. I am happy to report that he is now speaking mandarin and absolutely loves the aunties and other children at the center! He has attended both the BAO BAO room and le le room for the past 18 months.

We have two boys attending BB5. Our eldest is currently in Guai Guai, having started in Bao Bao from 10 months old. Although he only attends twice a week, we feel that BB5 has played a big part in shaping him to be such a well mannered, confident, sociable, empathetic person. His mandarin skills also continue to impress us week-in week-out. Big appreciation to all the educators who have cared for him during his time here!Our youngest started in Bao Bao at 14 months when he was clingy, shy and not a great sleeper. Fast forward a few months, and he is now thriving, independent, sociable and takes the best naps. Thank you to the Bao Bao aunties for all the love, care and attention you have shown him!Also a shoutout to Chef Aunty Amelia. We are lucky to be greeted with the scent of her amazing cooking every morning, followed by a great big smile :)

We have been part of the BB5 family since 2020 and we love it. Both our girls are welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrive. The aunties in Le Le and You You room are always so helpful with drop offs. We love that they can attend a bilingual daycare with such a wonderful atmosphere.

I love the concept - language acquisition at this early age is so easy it seems almost a shame not to capitalise on it. But language aspect aside, we would still choose this daycare. My son is in the bao bao (0-2) room and they are absolutely exceptional with him. All the aunties are so patient, loving and caring. It makes going back to work so easy, because I feel like if anything, my son has a nicer time + sleeps at daycare then he does some days at home with one of us. I’m genuinely so very thankful for the daycare and all the staff.
