Can't praise BB5 enough. The schedule they have in the rooms are structured and the educators seems invested in each of the child as well. My child attends BB5 just twice a week and has been there for about 3 months. Now he can recite 1 to 10 in chinese PLUS sing the chinese version of 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars'!Good job!
My son loves going to BB5 (Guai Guai room now). The educators have shown exceptional patience and care towards him. From the management to the services, environment, and food supply, everything at BB5 is reassuring! Educator Charmaine and her colleagues are genuinely love children. Thank you for providing my son with a safe and happy childhood, enabling him to grow up happily.
Our daughter started going to BB5 when she was 21months and she transitioned from Le Le class to Guai Guai class last year. We love seeing her grow and learn at BB5. She made lots of new friends and always love playing with them. She also learned some phrases in mandarin and use them at home.The educators including Auntie Charmaine, Phoebe, Jenny, Krystal, Maggie, Youning, Venus and Uncle Jason are truly amazing. They show so much care and dedication to the children, and it's evident that they love what they do. Catia, the principal is also hands on and always happy to have a chat.Our daughter always comes home happy and excited to tell us about her day. We see how much she’s learning and growing under the guidance of these wonderful educators (Aunties & Uncle). Charmaine, in particular, has been an incredible influence on my child's experience. She is patient, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure each child feels valued and supported.The facilities here are top-notch, and we appreciate the attention to detail that goes into making sure the children are safe and comfortable. It's clear that the educators here are passionate about what they do and take their responsibilities very seriously.Overall, we would highly recommend this childcare center to any parent who wants the best for their child.
This place deserves less than 1 star. Rude and judgemental staff! Spent almost a year on their waiting list even though child services had personally reached out to them in April 2022 regarding urgent care
I can't recommend this Childcare more highly. from the moment I visited I fell in love with this place. it is organized, and clean and treat the children with love and respect. all the Aunties, Directors, and co-director..... are involved in the well-being of the babies. whenever I come to pick up my little one she is either in the arms of one of the Aunties or happy playing.Every week the babies have different activities that help their development, also the teachers follow up on the babies' achievements.
We have enrolled our kids at Bilingual By Five since the centre was established and they are like family to us. All the educators are very caring and attentive towards the kids and we love the idea of educating them to be bilingual in two languages. Big thanks to Auntie Grace and her team in Guai Guai room for taking such great care of my child in Guai Guai for the past year. I would highly recommend this early learning centre to families who are hoping to expose their young kids to Mandarin.
My son started earlier this year at 9 months old and the aunties have been amazing with settling him in in the Bao Bao room! Great communication and they have been so accommodating with his allergies as well. Everyone including the front office staff always has a smile on their face which is always so lovely to see 😊
My son is in BaoBao room of BB5 and he loves it. The educators are loving and caring. They go the extra mile to support all aspects of his development. Also the meals are delicious and nourishing. Cannot be happier with BB5! A big thank you to all the aunties of BaoBao room, aunty Amelia in kitchen and also all the supportive and welcoming Directors and Admin staff!
My son has been at BB5 for one year and 3 month. He enjoys the time spending there. Aunties and uncle from Lele room takes him well. I can see that my son trusts them and is happy every time I pick him up. Big thanks for the effort done by all at BB5 to create a great environment for my son. Merry Christmas and see you next year.
Could not recommend bilingual by five enough, they provide a unique environment where my son gets exposed to spoken mandarin all day while he is there. I am happy to report that he is now speaking mandarin and absolutely loves the aunties and other children at the center! He has attended both the BAO BAO room and le le room for the past 18 months.
We have two boys attending BB5. Our eldest is currently in Guai Guai, having started in Bao Bao from 10 months old. Although he only attends twice a week, we feel that BB5 has played a big part in shaping him to be such a well mannered, confident, sociable, empathetic person. His mandarin skills also continue to impress us week-in week-out. Big appreciation to all the educators who have cared for him during his time here!Our youngest started in Bao Bao at 14 months when he was clingy, shy and not a great sleeper. Fast forward a few months, and he is now thriving, independent, sociable and takes the best naps. Thank you to the Bao Bao aunties for all the love, care and attention you have shown him!Also a shoutout to Chef Aunty Amelia. We are lucky to be greeted with the scent of her amazing cooking every morning, followed by a great big smile :)
We have been part of the BB5 family since 2020 and we love it. Both our girls are welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrive. The aunties in Le Le and You You room are always so helpful with drop offs. We love that they can attend a bilingual daycare with such a wonderful atmosphere.
BB5 is such an incredible, nurturing environment for children. Our son has thrived in his time in the You You room and often asks to stay late or go in on days when he does not have daycare. We are deeply grateful to the aunties (and management) for how above and beyond they go in creating such a positive environment.
BB5 has been a wonderful experience for my son. He loves his time in YouYou room and each of the aunties are very supportive and caring. Couldn't recommend BB5 more!

It is clear that both boys are enjoying their time at “school”, and it’s because they are having fun, learning lots, and more importantly, feeling safe and cared for. I love the concept - language acquisition at this early age is so easy it seems almost a shame not to capitalise on it. But language aspect aside, we would still choose this daycare. My son is in the bao bao (0-2) room and they are absolutely exceptional with him. All the aunties are so patient, loving and caring. It makes going back to work so easy, because I feel like if anything, my son has a nicer time + sleeps at daycare then he does some days at home with one of us. I’m genuinely so very thankful for the daycare and all the staff.
My wife and I have two children that have been going to BB5 and we couldn't ask for a better daycare. Our son is soon moving from LL to the next room. And our daughter is also learning so much in BB with the variety of activities they provide in a very safe environment and with well catered meals. We highly recommend BB5!
My son has been going to Le Le room with BB5 for more than a year now. I am very pleased that I made the decision to send him here. The staff are so caring, friendly and patient. I can see my son really trusts them. I heard of bad stuff about child care in general from my friends before, like missing clothes, staff neglecting kids. But I haven’t had any bad experience like that here.
My almost 2 year old has been going going to BB5 for a year new and she has loved it! Her aunties are warm, interested in her as a person and provide lovely feedback about how she’s going. The kitchen and admin staff have been great too! We have been extremely pleased with our experience.

My son loves GG room so much he refuses to leave to go home at the end of the day!We highly recommend BB5. The bilingual aspect is a bonus, but more importantly we know our son is well taken care of while we are at work.Thank you aunties! Keep up the great work!
My oldest son has been at BB5 since Day 1 when it opened - needless to say this centre has almost become my extended family. When we needed an emergency day here or there they have always been willing to help and without family support in Perth I personally would have been stuck in many difficult situations if BB5 didn't come to the rescue! Over the years we've come to know many Aunties (what we call the carers at BB5) that has not only seen my kids (yes, more than one now) grow up but has really taken care and interest in their development. My son has formed lasting friendships not only with the Aunties but the kids from all his rooms as BB5 is like a community!Originally we chose this centre for the language background in Mandarin but beyond learning to be bilingual the centre has a structured curriculum that allows the kids to have enough freedom to 'learn through play' but learn everyday independence too. My kids have learnt to feed themselves, wash their hands, understand bathroom manners, get their belongings all of which were taught by the Aunties. The food always smells amazing and the masterchef that has been there since the centre opened just continues to make awesome healthy meals that my kids love (I swear they eat more at daycare than at home!) I have never seen such dedicated workers in my life until you step foot into BB5 - the Aunties are fabulous and deserve medals for their love of the job. Even when some Aunties are meant to finish at 3.30pm they are still there at 6pm to continue to help out as they treat each kid like their own!My oldest son has had the privilege of going through every room and we've been very fortunate to have Aunties in his current YouYou Room like Aunty Jan and Aunty Rachel who has cared for my son since before he could even walk! I'm looking forward to seeing my next son who is already in BaoBao Room (and maybe my other future kids) go through each room and have the same experience my oldest has had. I love the photo updates, the report cards per semester, the chats at pickup/dropoff that always reassures me that my kids are in the best care possible. No parent should expect anything less of their daycare!
Could not be happier with BB5! We sent our daughter to BB5 since she turned one, she was in BaoBao, LeLe, GuaiGai and now YouYou, really appreciate the hard work and kindness from all the aunties and uncles, she enjoyed every day in BB5~!!Whenever we go to pick her up, she wants to stay for longer,,,the aunties always take the time to tell us the highlights of her day.
